At Wénixa, we take great pride in the handcrafted products created by our talented Indian artisans. COD ORDER CONFIRMATION 

FOR CONFIRMATION OF A COD ORDER OUR TEAM WILL CONTACT YOU ON WHATSAPP THROUGH +91-9680870710 AND ASK FOR SMALL TOKEN AMOUNT DON'T WORRY THIS TOKEN AMOUNT WILL BE ADJUSTED IN YOUR FINAL BILL. IF THE TOKEN AMOUNT IS NOT DEPOSITED WE HAVE TO UNFORTUNATELY CANCEL YOUR COD ORDER.

Exchange & Credit Note Policy

Wénixa does not accept returns or refunds on orders once placed. However, we offer exchanges and credit notes under specific circumstances. These can only be redeemed on Wénixa’s website.

Conditions for Exchange & Credit Note

  1. If you do not like a product, do not worry. You can place a Replacement request within 3 working days in exchange for a credit note. To replace an item, the product needs to be shipped to our warehouse within 7 working days (cost to be borne by the customer). Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a store credit, which can be used within 3 months (shipping cost will be deducted).
  2. To initiate a return, please whatsapp us within 3 working days along with your order id & reason of exchange. Exchange window will be automatically closed after 3 days.
  3. Clearance Sale/Milestone/Birthday Sale items are not eligible for exchanges unless product is defective/damaged or different from the ones received. Please update the team about the same within 24 hours to facilitate easy replacement or exchange. 

  4. Wénixa accepts exchange if:
  • The product(s) delivered differ from the one ordered.
  • The product(s) delivered are damaged upon receipt. (Unboxing video is mandatory)
In such cases, please contact our customer support at our whatsapp within 2 days of delivery with your order number and a picture of the product. Requests made after 2 days will not be entertained.


Important Notes:

  • Items sent back without prior intimation will not be accepted.
  • Coupon codes cannot be applied to exchange orders or credit notes.
  • Credit notes cannot be redeemed on sale items.
  • Missing items and incorrect orders must be reported immediately upon delivery to our Customer Support Team.  Reports made after 24 hours of delivery will not be considered.

Exchange Policy - International

Refunds are applicable only in case of lost shipments. International orders are not eligible for exchange. Incase of damaged products or incorrect deliveries, the same must be raised within 2 days of delivery with a mandatory UNBOXING video to be eligible for a refund.

No Refund or Exchange

No refund or exchange will be given in the following cases:

  • No return/exchange/replacement is available for pre-orders or customized orders.
  • No refund/exchange for used products.
  • No exchange/return for minor color and design variations due to display differences and the handcrafted nature of our products.
  • No refund for incorrect or outdated addresses.
  • No refund after 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier agents.
  • In case of an approved refund, only the product value will be refunded; shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Prices exclude customs duties and shipping charges. Duties and taxes as per your country's regulations are the customer's responsibility.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to natural calamities, matters of national emergency and unavoidable circumstances.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Wénixa does not allow cancellation/refund on Orders.

  • Any order containing Pre-order or made to order items cannot be cancelled.
  • Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
  • No refund will be initiated if a order is cancelled before shipping, only a Credit Note will be issued.
